(Resale, clearance, last chance, and final sale items are not eligible for returns.) Below is a detailed policy outlining the terms and conditions for returns and refunds on our website:
Please note: Please retain the original packaging until you determine if this item will fit in your space. Returns cannot be made if the item is returned without its original packaging.

Customers can apply for a full refund after placing the order and before delivery.
Important note: If the customer cancels the order while the product is in transit, we will try our best to cancel the delivery and will charge a certain handling fee. However, if you cannot cancel the delivery, you can refuse the delivery (please do not open the package after receiving it) unless you change your mind and keep it. If you refuse, you will also be charged a processing fee. (Fees: 3.4% for credit card users, 4.5% for PayPal users, 4.3% for Airwallex users). Once the item has been delivered correctly this will be considered a return and our standard returns policy will apply.

Currently, returns are only available for orders in the continental United States.
Product must be returned with all original packaging, parts kit and manuals.
jiemaisi reserves the right to refuse returns if a product does not meet the standards of our return policy.
Important note: Consumers do not need to pay restocking fees for their first return. If a second return is initiated for the same order, the customer will be charged a restocking fee.

Refund
Once we receive your returned item, we will notify you via email and we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for purchase. Please note that your refund may take up to 5-7 business days to be processed and reflected in your account, depending on your payment method and bank.
